Nature of the Service<br \/>VAIBES acts exclusively as a technological intermediary.<br \/>VAIBES does not guarantee compatibility, user behavior, or specific results.<br \/>The user acknowledges and accepts that any encounter occurs at their own risk.<br \/><br \/>3. Eligibility and Requirements<br \/>Minimum Age: 18 years old.<br \/>Accuracy: Users must provide truthful and up-to-date information.<br \/>Limit: Only one account per user is permitted.<br \/>VAIBES reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms.<\/p><p><br \/>4. Matching Process<br \/>A &#8220;like&#8221; may automatically generate a date (&#8220;Auto-Date&#8221;).<br \/>The user agrees that using the app implies a genuine intention to attend the scheduled encounter.<br \/>VAIBES does not guarantee the assignment of matches or dates.<br \/><br \/>5. Payments, Fees, and No-Refund Policy<br \/>Certain dates require a fee (e.g., $3 or $5 depending on compatibility).<br \/>All payments are final and non-refundable once a date has been confirmed.<br \/>The user authorizes payment processing through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).<br \/><br \/>6. Penalty System (Critical Policy)<br \/>By using the service, the user expressly accepts the following:<\/p><p>Cancellation: No refunds will be issued after a date is confirmed.<br \/>Late Cancellation: May result in a temporary account suspension.<br \/>No-Show (Failure to appear): Account suspension for up to one (1) month and potential future restrictions.<br \/>Free Dates: A security deposit may be required to participate in future free events.<br \/>\ud83d\udc49 VAIBES reserves the right to modify these penalties at its sole discretion.<\/p><p><br \/>7. Limitation of Liability<br \/>VAIBES shall not be held liable for:<\/p><p>The conduct of other users.<br \/>Physical, emotional, or material damages.<br \/>The outcome of any encounter.<br \/>The user assumes full personal responsibility for their interactions.<\/p><p><br \/>10.
