VAIBES is a digital platform that facilitates in-person encounters between users through a compatibility system based on Artificial Intelligence.

2. Nature of the Service
VAIBES acts exclusively as a technological intermediary.
VAIBES does not guarantee compatibility, user behavior, or specific results.
The user acknowledges and accepts that any encounter occurs at their own risk.

3. Eligibility and Requirements
Minimum Age: 18 years old.
Accuracy: Users must provide truthful and up-to-date information.
Limit: Only one account per user is permitted.
VAIBES reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms.

4. Matching Process
A “like” may automatically generate a date (“Auto-Date”).
The user agrees that using the app implies a genuine intention to attend the scheduled encounter.
VAIBES does not guarantee the assignment of matches or dates.

5. Payments, Fees, and No-Refund Policy
Certain dates require a fee (e.g., $3 or $5 depending on compatibility).
All payments are final and non-refundable once a date has been confirmed.
The user authorizes payment processing through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).

6. Penalty System (Critical Policy)
By using the service, the user expressly accepts the following:

Cancellation: No refunds will be issued after a date is confirmed.
Late Cancellation: May result in a temporary account suspension.
No-Show (Failure to appear): Account suspension for up to one (1) month and potential future restrictions.
Free Dates: A security deposit may be required to participate in future free events.

7. Check-in and Verification
VAIBES may utilize GPS location, camera access, and QR code scanning to verify the user’s physical attendance at the encounter.

8. User Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited:

Harassment, violence, or inappropriate behavior.
Identity theft or impersonation.
Fraudulent use of the platform.
VAIBES may immediately block accounts found in violation of these standards.

9. Limitation of Liability
VAIBES shall not be held liable for:

The conduct of other users.
Physical, emotional, or material damages.
The outcome of any encounter.
The user assumes full personal responsibility for their interactions.

10. Suspension and Termination
VAIBES reserves the right to suspend accounts, limit features, or apply penalties at any time and without prior notice.

11. Amendments
VAIBES reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
